Concerning payment
All product prices indicated at FrissLehelet.hu and SzajPlaza.hu contain VAT. Customers are to pay the indicated price; no price change modifies any previously accepted orders.
Methods of payment:
1) Cash on delivery (Only available in Hungary and Romania!) (Package can be opened after the payment is completed.)

Concerning the delivery
Your products purchased from FrissLehelet.hu és SzajPlaza.hu are to be shipped by Express Courrier Services "GLS" within 2-4 workdays (8:00 am – 17:00 pm). Please, make sure that you give an address and a telephone number where you are available at the given interval. If no one is at the delivery address, GLS will contact the customer on phone. In case of reshipment, no costs will be charged. The courrier will leave a notice at the given address.
R-Dent Ltd. ships to: Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland
All orders over 7 500 HUF will be delivered to Hungary without any cost. In other cases shipping will cost 1 200 HUF. (No other costs will be charged.)
Return an item - Return policy
After the delivery you have 14 days to return any purchased products without justification. In this case, R-Dent Kft. refunds you the full price within 30 days after the return. (The product must be in perfect condition.) Postal charges are to be paid by the customer.
100% Money-back Guarantee
If, for any reason, the customer does not feel any improvement in their condition, R-dent Kft. will refund the total cost of the products to them! Postal charges are to be paid by the customer.
R-Dent Kft. reserves the right to reject any refund claims if the customers returns the purchased product(s) damaged and the damage comes from improper use.

Concerning warranty and assurance
Terms and conditions of warranty and assurance are regulated by the effective laws of the Republic of Hungary.
Concerning failed delivery
If the delivery fails from the fault of the customer, costs of redelivery are to be charged to the customer.
Concerning accountability
R-Dent Kft. is not responsible for:
- any expense or damage caused by any technical problem which prevent the any visitors from accessing any website of R-Dent Kft. and placing their order.
- any damage to the visitor’s computer caused by any software, hardware or the brake of the internet connection.
For secure internet use, the use of virus and spyware protection is recommended by R-Dent Kft.
Contracts entered under the effect of the above terms are written in Hungarian and regulated by the effective laws of the Republic of Hungary. The language of the contract is Hungarian.
In case of any dispute the Court of Veszprém is competent.
