Description:
Light Curing Low Viscosity Composite
MASTER FLOW is a light curing composite, hybrid, presents low viscosity and it is made with micro particles organically modified and also presenting strenghter resistance, more brightness and less shrinkage after polymerization.
MASTER FLOW presents high flow allowing access in micro cavities. Easy placement and not soluble in the mouth environment. It is compatible with all bonding systems and composites. Radiopaque characteristics.
Light curing of 20 seconds.
Advantages:
-High mechanical resistance;
-Great flow, allowing access to micro-cavities;
-Easy handling;
-High brilliance;
-Color stability and durability;
-Variety of colors;
-Use versatility..
Presentation:
Introductory Kit:
3 syringes with 2g of MASTER FLOW - shades: A2 - A3,5 - OA2
6 application tips.
Use instructions:
I - DEFINITIVE ESTHETIC RESTORATIONS AS A INITIAL LAYER:
1. Make the crown polishing with pumice powder and water;
2. Accomplish the clinical procedures of cavity preparation according to required technique;
3.Select the shade with the tooth still moist;
4. Place rubber dam;
5. Aplly the 37% Orthophosforic Acid (a.e. Ataque Gel) during 15 seconds for dentin and 30 seconds for enamel;
6. Rinse thoroughly with water for 30 seconds;
7. Dry but do not dehydrate the dentin though soft airflow;
It is important to dry the enamel but do not dehydrate the dentin.
8. Apply the bonding agent (a.e. Master Bond) according to manufacture’s instructions;
9. Apply MASTER FLOW to fill the cavity as the initial layer (thickness min. 1 mm and max 2 mm);
10. Light Cure;
11. Place with composite (a.e. Master Fill), according to manufacturer’s instructions.
II - ESTHETICS DENTAL RESTORATIONS:
1. Make the coronal polishing with pumice powder and water;
2. Accomplish the clinical procedures of cavity preparation according to required technique;
3. Select the shade with the tooth still moist;
4. Place rubber dam;
5. Aplly the 37% Orthophosforic Acid (a.e. Attaque Gel) during 15 seconds for dentin and 30 seconds for enamel;
6. Rinse thoroughly with water for 30 seconds;
7. Dry but do not dehydrate the dentin though soft airflow;
It is important to dry enamel but do not dehydrate Dentin.
8. Apply the bonding agent (a.e. Master Bond) according to manufacture’s instruction;
9. Apply MASTER FLOW to fill the cavity in thin layers (thickness min. 1 mm and max 2 mm);
10. Because of its viscosity (high glaze) final polishing is not necessary unless the occlusal or enamel adjustments are necessary.
III - PROSTHESIS REPAIR AND INDIRECT RESTORATIONS:
1. Do if necessary, the metal masking using an opacifier (a.e. Biocal);
2. Apply the Porcelain Conditioner for 4 minutes, rinse and dry;
3. Apply Silane all over the conditioned area and wait for one minute; apply new layer;
4. Apply bonding system (a.e. Master)
